We are looking for experienced case managers and family counselors.

Family Help is strengthening its team and is looking for skilled professionals who want to work with case management in child welfare services, family counseling and/or milieu therapeutic follow-up. With us, you get great freedom to manage your own work schedule and the opportunity to influence which cases you want to work on. We always work for the best interests of the children.

Our work area is large parts of Eastern Norway, with head office in Asker.

Qualifications:
  • 3-year social work university degree (social worker, child welfare educator, psychologist or pedagogue)
  • Relevant further education in family therapy, substance abuse, mental health, infant and toddler mental health (requirement)
  • Experience from family counseling
  • Expertise in parenting guidance programs such as COS-P or PYC
  • High child welfare expertise and good assessment skills
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in case processing in child welfare services (in case processing assignments)
  • Driving license class B and own car
  • Satisfactory police clearance required.
